Guidelines for submission



  1. Authors have to submit their manuscripts via MS CMT platform. The submission link is given at the bottom of this page. However, we request you to go through following submission guidelines before proceeding for submission.

  2. The material presented in the submitted paper should not be published or under submission elsewhere.

  3. Accepted papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore® only after the presentation in the conference.

  4. All submissions must be made within the deadlines given on the conference website.

  5. The papers should not exceed A4 sized 6 pages and should not be shorter than 4 pages of technical content including figures and references.

  6. At least one author must register for the conference for presentation and subsequent submission to IEEE Xplore®.

  7. Papers having similarity measure (computed by CrossCheck) of more than 20% will not be accepted for review. Refer: Plagiarism FAQ

  8. The corresponding author will be solely responsible for the content of the submitted paper(s).

  9. Authors are responsible for taking prior permission to reproduce any figures, diagrams, tables etc. from any published work.

  10. All submitted papers will be sent to reviewers for a blind review. The parameters based on which reviewers will evaluate the papers are: Technical content and scientific rigor, Novelty and originality, Quality of presentation, Relevance and timeliness

  11. Best paper in each track will be awarded during valedictory function.

  13. The submission of papers and the management of the paper reviewing process for the main conference will be entirely electronic. All papers must be formatted as per IEEE conference templates as given here.

  14. It is not appropriate to submit papers that are identical (or substantially similar) or versions of the same paper that have been previously published, or accepted for publication, or that have been submitted in parallel to other conferences. Such submissions violate the dual submission policy prescribed by IEEE. Refer IEEE Submission Policy
